Alternator belt 8M0232583 is for 135-200hp 4-cylinder Verado outboards (serial No. 1B311420 and above), 200-300hp 6-cylinder Verado outboards (serial No. 1B390143-2B144127, prior to Gen V), 200-300hp 6-cylinder Verado outboards (serial No. 2B144123 and above, Gen V), 350-400hp 6-cylinder Verado outboards (serial No. 2B141617 and above). It is the same belt as installed by Mercury Marine. See your owner's manual or service manual for specific applications.
